Richard Allen (m)

Business Manager

Richard Allen has over 35 years of NHS experience and is responsible for the overall running of the Practice business and finances.  He is also the Practice Caldicott Guardian for Information Governance and Confidentiality.  Richard is the Practice lead for Health and Safety, Information Governance, complaints and incident reporting.



Amanda Davies

Admin Manager

Amanda has been with the practice since 2007 and originally started as a Receptionist before moving up to Reception Manager and now manages the Admin Team.

Nicky Woodward (f)

Senior Medical Secretary

Nicky has been with the practice since 2011, where she worked as a receptionist for the first two years.  Following the retirement of the previous medical secretary, Nicky moved upstairs to join the administration team.

Megan Scarrott


Megan first joined us as an apprentice in 2017 and after gaining her qualification she now works within the secretary team.

Glenda Watts (f)

Audio Typist

Glenda has been with us since May 2014. She started off in reception but now works along side the secretaries and is an audio typist. 

Anne Farmer

Administration Officer

Anne joined the Admin team in September of 2016.  One of Anne's main responsibilities is the summary of patient records which she does alongside other admin duties.             


The reception team are the first point of contact for all patients at the surgery. They will help with any queries and direct you to the most appropriate appointment based on your medical needs.
